Presentation Room 2005


Presentation Room 2005 is a smaller technology equipped presentation / meeting room, available for University faculty, staff and students to reserve. The new technology-enhanced room is intended for academic and research group work/projects or meetings requiring technology.

Equipment and Furnishings

  • Computer: 1 PC with wireless mouse, keyboard and webcam
  • Television: 1 47" LED
  • Software: Microsoft Office 2013, Adobe Creative Suite, EndNote, VLC, Skype, Camtasia, AutoCAD, SPSS, SAS, Visual Basic, Google Sketchup, Filezilla, Mathematica, Notepad++


In addition to the general room policies, the following room-specific policies apply:

  • For Fall and Spring semesters: For classroom instruction requests, the rooms may only be booked 8 times or 15 hours per semester per class.
  • For study groups, the room may only be reserved for a maximum of 4 hours per group.
