Free & Open to Everyone — Students, faculty, staff, and community members are all welcome!

Take a mindful pause in your day and bring some gentle movement into your routine. This guided Chair Yoga session, led by LeAnn Starr, skilled instructor and co-owner of Elements of Yoga in Starkville, will help you stretch, breathe, and reset — no yoga experience needed!

Before or after class, enjoy complimentary fruit, water, and granola bars to refresh and refuel.
