HPC - Parallel Computing at Mississippi State University In-Person / Online

Mississippi State University recently funded a super computer that is broadly available to students and researchers on campus.  This session will provide a demonstration of parallel computing, also known as supercomputing.  The demonstration will show how parallel computing can be used in research, how to gain access to supercomputing  resources at Mississippi State University.  The resources include access to hardware but also access to research computing and data experts that can help develop solutions that will advance your research through professional research computing and data.  The goal of this resource is to accelerate research, make researchers more competitive when submitting grants and allow researchers to focus on their domain area and less on learning how to be a system administrator.
